NEVER STAY HERE. This may have been the biggest scam I have ever seen. They show pictures of a beautiful pool and call it a hotel, it is neither. First it’s a condo that is illegally rented. So security and other people are not happy you check in. Second you have to WhatsApp message the management two days before check in which is unnecessary and cumbersome. Once we got into the room it smelled like rat poison and the smell doesn’t go away when you open the windows. It makes you want to throw up. The washing machine doesn’t work, and they don’t give you drinking water at all. When I tried to use the gym, they said I need to contact them 2 hours before hand to organize. However when we scheduled a time no one came. They wasted our entire afternoon. Secondly they didn’t let us use the pool claiming it isn’t part of the deal. It’s a bait and switch. The cherry on top was them forcing us to switch rooms because the owner wanted the room back for a night. I asked for a refund and moved to a real hotel. They did not give a refund. I never write reviews but this is still pissing me off that they stole $150 for a few nights of the stay and gave a terrible experience.
